Terms and conditions for hiring me for further projects:

All commissioned work undertaken by Sarah Merrett is subject to agreed terms of engagement confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of any project.

In the event of any concerns or disputes relating to commissioned work, clients are encouraged to raise these in writing at the earliest opportunity, allowing for a fair and timely resolution. Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve any issues collaboratively.

Where applicable, working practices align with recognised industry standards, including those relating to working conditions, conduct, and professional treatment on set. Any concerns regarding conduct, safety, or working environment should be communicated promptly and will be taken seriously.

Sarah Merrett reserves the right to withdraw services where working conditions are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in line with agreed terms or professional standards.

Nothing within these terms affects statutory rights. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be subject to appropriate legal processes under applicable law.
